Privacy & Data Management
Your privacy is our utmost priority. Planti is designed to operate without any user account registration or cloud databases. Your plant's name, watering logs, and notification preferences are saved strictly locally on your device via iOS standard secure storage (UserDefaults). Your app data never leaves your device except for the advertising and diagnostic purposes detailed below.
Information Collection & Advertisements (Google AdMob)
This application uses Google AdMob to display third-party advertisements. In order to deliver personalized ads and analyze ad performance, Google may automatically collect and process certain device information.
Data Collected by AdMob: Device identifiers (such as Apple's IDFA), advertising data, IP addresses, location data (approximate), and anonymous app usage statistics.

Opt-Out Options: You can restrict personalized advertising or reset your advertising identifier directly from your iPhone's OS settings under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Local Notifications & Diagnostics
1. Local Notifications: When you enable watering reminders, the app schedules notifications directly on your iPhone using the iOS local notification system. This process is fully self-contained within your device and does not use any push notification servers.
2. Diagnostic Logs: We may utilize Apple's standard, fully anonymized crash reporting tools solely to monitor application stability and improve user experience. No personally identifiable information is ever tracked or transmitted.
